1Tbsp.sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup milk (more if it’s buttermilk or batter is to thick)
1 egg
1-4 Tbsp. Melted butter

Directions:

In deep,narrow bowl,mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients, stirring only enough to mix.
Allow batter to rest 20 to 30 minutes.
Cook ‘em up on the griddle or frying pan!
