1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookies (flat pkg. - 24 count)
Pecan Meal ( can be purchased at Pecan )

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat each piece of cookie dough with pecan meal.
2. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake at 350º for 14-15 minutes.
4. When completely cooled put a dollup of Duncan Hines Buttercream frosting or your own buttercream icing recipe on each cookie.

NOTE: Cookie dough can be cut in half to make bit size cookies for showers, teas, etc.

*I add 1/2 tsp. vanilla to canned frosting.

*Store in a single layer with tight lid. I use shirt wrapping boxes.
