2 large apples, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup raisins or chopped dates
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
2 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup broken walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Core and chop apples. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples and mix. Add celery and raisins and mix well. In small bowl mix mayo and sour cream together. Add salt and powdered sugar mix until smooth - pour over apples and celery mix well. Sprinkle with walnuts.
