3/4 C. Crisco butter flavored shortening
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 C. rolled oats
1 C. dried cranberries
1 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray.
2. Beat shortening, sugar, and brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed until blended.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat into shortening mixture until smooth.
5. Stir in oats, cranberries and walnuts.
6. Drop by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
7. Bake 10-12 minutes,
8. Cool on baking sheet. Place on cooling rack until cool.
