Salad:
1 tblsp butter
1 pkg ramen noodles - broken in pieces
1/2 cup slivered almonds or cashews
1/3 cup sesame seeds
green onions, chopped
1 lb. shrimp or sauted chicken breast
lettuce
cabbage

Dressing:
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup oil
3 tblsp brown sugar
1 tblsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Salad:
Melt butter. Add ramen noodles and nuts, saute until lightly browned. Set aside. Saute chicken and add green onions. Set aside to cool.

Chop lettuce and cabbage. Mix lettuce, cabbage, and chicken in large bowl.

Dressing:
Mix all dressing ingredients together in glass jar. Shake until well blended.
