8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz.crushed pineapple, drained well
1 small chopped onion, about ¼ cp., grated fine
½ - 1 cp, chopped walnuts (as much as you like)
Optional: ½ - 1 tsp. Accent seasonings, to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and pineapple together with mixer.
Add onion and nuts.
Refrigerate till firm.
Roll into ball and roll in extra nuts on outside if desired.

Make a day ahead so flavors blend.

Pecans can be used in place of walnuts, if desired.
