1 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. clear vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. wilton imitation almond extract
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray pan cavities with vegetable pan spray.
In bowl of electric mixer, combine butter and sugar, beat on medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg and extracts. Combine flour and salt and add to butter in mixing bowl, Beat until well blended. Press dough into pan cavities, filling 2/3 full. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown around edges. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn pan over and lightly tap to remove cookies. Cool completely on cooling grid. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
