6-8 Potatoes (can use more for large events, or family functions)
Enough oil for frying, use peanut or vegetable oil
Salt for flavoring

Directions:
-Cut Potatoes into strips, of course after washing
-Pour oil into a large pot and heat until ready to fry
-Drop 2-3 handfuls of potato strips into hot oil and let fry until Golden-Brown
-Remove from oil, and put into a strainer lined with a paper towel, pat excess oil off and salt
- Once salted, you may pour the contents into a large bowl.
-Repeat steps 3-5 until all potato strips are cooked
- once all the strips are cooked, they are ready to Enjoy!

This recipe works with more then just potatoes, you can use Sweet Potatoes as a substitute, along with zucchini, squash, or Avocados!
