4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb chicken breast, cut in strips
1 pkg frozen stir fry veggies

Sauce:
1 cup beef broth
3 tbsp cornstarch
6 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
ginger, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over med-high heat. Add chicken; fry until browned. Reduce heat to medium and add frozen veggies. Stir fry for 5 minutes. In a bowl combine sauce ingredients. Add sauce to wok and stir til thickened. Cover and simmer 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
