Personal Notes:
Bake is an all time favorite Guyanese dish. When I was growing up my Mom made bake and served it with salt fish. You can also buy it in many Guyanese restaurants. We wanted to ensure delicious food was carried on to our children and it has become a favorite now for my children. We make every year when we do our annual camping trip in Pound Ridge Park in Westchester, NY. Everyone looks forward to this treat at the camp!
