Tuna Pie

Crust
2 cups flour
1/4 c. milk
1 t. salt
1/2 c.oil.
Mix together and roll out between two pieces of waxed paper. Line crust into 10” high casserole. Or buy prepared pie crust.

Filling:
1 onion chopped, sauteed in 2 T. olive oil,
2 cups chopped tomatoes,
1 can corn,
1/4 c. cornmeal,
1 can tuna.

Heat filling and pour into crust.
Top with olives, cheese,
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
