Turkey Bolognese Sauce

3 T. olive oil
2 T. minced garlic
1 small onion, diced
1 small carrot, peeled and diced
1 small celery, diced
1 pound turkey
salt and pepper
1/2 cup dry vermouth or dry white wine
1 cup whole milk
1 can crushed tomatoes or pureed tomatoes ( 28 oz.)


Heat oil, add veggies and garlic and saute until soft. And turkey and cook until not pink. Add vermouth and simmer about 5 minutes until almost evaporated. Add milk and cook about 5 minutes longer. Add tomatoes and cook until reduced about 45 minutes.
