Crispy Cheddar Chicken
4 large chicken breasts, pounded
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, into crumbs
1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated


Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, cheese, crumbs, into separate bowls
dip chicken into milk, cheese, crumbs
Spray 9x13 pan and put in chicken
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 400
remove foil, bake for additional 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy

Sauce pan, combine 1 cans cream of chicken soup,
1/2 cup sour cream, 2 T. butter
until bubbly, serve over chicken.
