2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
10 medium mushrooms, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
fettuccine pasta

Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
2 cups whipping cream
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, fry chicken with veggies til tender. Mix with pasta.
For sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add whipping cream, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and boil gently until mixture begins to thicken. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
Mix with pasta, chicken and veggies and put in an oven-safe dish (I use a 9x13 pan) and top with shredded cheese. Bake until cheese starts to turn brown.
