1 white cake mix
¼ cup oil
1 small can crushed pineapple plus enough water to make 1½ cups
1 can Cream of Coconut
2 eggs
½ can coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and bake as directed on box, using the pineapple and water as the liquid. When cake is done, punch holes all over it and pour 1 can cream of coconut over top. Let it cool, then spread cool whip like frosting and sprinkle with coconut. Let it sit 3 hours before serving.
