2 ( 16 oz) cans black eyed peas
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can shoepeg corn
1 jalepeno pepper chopped
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 red pepper, chopped fine
1 red onion, chopped
1 t. minced garlic
salt and pepper optional

1/2 cup red wine or cider vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 T. sugar

1 bag tostitos scoops

Drain all the cans, add oil mixture, refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving but overnight is better.
