Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 lbs. of cooked medium-size shrimp.
Drain shrimp well and place in 1 gallon zip lock freezer bag.
Marinade
2 cloves garlic minced
1 t. finely grated lime peel - 1 cup fresh lime juice ( 2 or 3 limes)
2 T. olive oil
2 T. finely chopped green onion
2 to 4 T. seeded and finely chopped jalapeno peppers (wear gloves)
2 or 3 T. chopped cilantro
1 t. sugar, 1 t. salt, 1 t. pepper

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk together.
Add to shrimp, chill.
