For the crust:
8 oz. Oreos, crushed
6 TBSP butter, melted

Cheesecake:
2 pounds cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 TBSP vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter, and press into a spring form pan.
Bake at 350º for 6 minutes.

Blend cheesecake ingredients together. [Pat's recipe reads "then fold in oreos". But, I think she intended that we pour the batter on to the Oreo crust.

Bake at 250º for 40-45 minutes. Chill 8 hours.
