2 Jiffy Cornbread mixes
2 sticks melted oleo (or Parkay)
1 small onion, chopped
1 box frozen broccoli, thawed & chopped
4 eggs
1 16oz carton cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 13" X 9" pan.

Bake for 1 hour in 350º oven or 45 minutes at 375º.
