1 chopped onion
2 ribs celery
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 TBSP oil (or PAM)
1 cup ham (Pat's note says "I left this out")
28 oz can tomatoes (Pat: I used Italian)
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp thyme
salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
1 cup Minute Rice uncooked
1 pound shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables and garlic powder. Stir in everything else. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook about 10 minutes.

Serving size is 2 cups.
