3 T unsalted butter
1 T dried & crumbled rosemary
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2+ tsp. cayenne
3 C mixed nuts, unsalted if possible

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

1. Melt butter and mix with rosemary, salt, and cayenne
2. Toss nuts in mixture
3. Bake on cookie sheet for 15-20 min. Stirring occasionaly
4. Let cool and store in airtight container
