2 boxes cherry cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 C. oil
1 C. dried cherries and cranberries
3/4 C. white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Stir mixture by hand.
3. In a large bowl combine cake mixes, eggs and oil. Mix well.
4. Fold in dried fruit and chocolate chips.
5. Bake in 9 x 13 x 2" pan, sprayed with non-stick spray, or line with parchment at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes.

Variations: Cherry cake mixes are challenging to find. Strawberry is a great substitution or even orange. Enjoy!
