Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages petite Hawaiian rolls or Pepperidge farm rolls
Thin slices of ham, turkey and roast beef, or any meats of your choice.
Swiss cheese sliced thin

Sauce: Bring to a boil:
2 sticks butter
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
4 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each roll in half and set tops aside. Put bottom half in foil pan. Place choice of meat and cheese on topof each roll. (I put meat and cheese on top AND bottom of rolls.) Place tops and bottoms back together.

In pan on stove top, add sauce ingredients, and bring to a rolling boil.
Pour on top of assembled rolls.
Let sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or overnight. I have also cooked right away...
Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts and rolls are crusty. About 10-15 minutes.
To avoid a messy oven, place the pan on a foil lined cookie sheet. (and easier for clean up)

Note: I have made these ahead, and have also frozen them, and they still taste great.
These are easy and always a real hit!

Personal Notes:
These sandwiches were always made for the Redskins football team at Anderson High school before games...and that's how it got its name....It was in one of their cookbooks. I make it all the time!
