4 red peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cups chicken stock
½ a beer
oregano and basil
4 cloves garlic
worcester sauce
1 carrot
1 potato
1 cup fresh grated parmesan
salt and pepper
2 onions
1 cup cream
2 sausages

Directions:
Directions:
Roast the peppers in the oven until they are black and bubbly. When they cool enough, peel them. Fry the sausage until browned and cooked through. Slice into thin rounds and set aside. Fry the veggies until lightly browned. In a pot, boil the broth and everything except the sausage, cream and cheese. After everything is soft and cooked, blender, leaving some chunks of red pepper if you like, and return to the pot and boil again. Add the sausage, cheese and cream and heat through DO NOT BOIL or it will turn chunky/separate and be gross. Serve. Top with some grated parmesan if you like.
