Ingredients:
5 lbs peaches (about 10 large)
2 oranges
5 cups sugar
7-8 jam sized jars

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the outside off the oranges. Don't go deep into the white. Peel the pith and cut the oranges into small segments. Peel and chop the peaches into small chunks. Apparently you can blanch them and the peel comes right off... that was not my experience. Simmer peaches, orange segments and peel for about 30 minutes. Mash using a potato masher and stir frequently. Add sugar and continue for another 15 minutes, be careful not to burn now that the sugar is added. Once condensed to your liking seal it in jars that have been cleaned and processed.
