1 cake mix (any flavor)
1/2 C. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 C. nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (dough will be stiff)
2. Roll in powdered sugar
3. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.

These cookies are vanilla flavored with food coloring. Our favorites are strawberry, lemon and red velvet. They are great for showers.
