4 tbs butter
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 egg
4 oz semisweet chocolate
½ cup of flour
¼ cup of cocoa powder
4 tsp instant espresso powder (heavy)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbs milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In mixer, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and melted semisweet chocolate. Add in the dry ingredients. Last, add the milk. Chill the dough in the freezer for about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350º. Shape dough into 1" balls and double roll in icing sugar. Place them on the cookie sheet, they will spread as they cook. Bake for 12-15 mintues.
