Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. pasta of choice
2 chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ½ - 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast (cut in cubes)
2 tsp. oil
1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
salt & pepper
1 pkge. Mushrooms, sliced
1 jar of tomato sauce w/cheese (4 cheese)
Parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta. Season meat.

Saute onion & garlic. Add meat and brown; add tomatoes and bring to a boil while stirring; add mushrooms and tomato sauce. Simmer till mushrooms (and meat) are done. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop parsley and sprinkle over sauce.

Sprinkle parmesan/romano cheese over dish as desired.

Serve over pasta.
