1 oz black pepper
6½ oz salt
4 oz paprika
½ oz Accent

For LARGE groups: (100 people or more)

64 oz chili powder
32 oz paprika
8 oz black pepper
12 oz Accent
52 oz salt

mix all together and rub on meat before putting on the barbecue. The small recipe makes just a little over 2 cups of seasoning, so is plenty for standard use.

This seasoning was used every year during our family reunions at my cousin Larry's house in San Angelo every summer from 1973 to the mid-1990's.
