c. flour
tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1 ⅓ c. pumpkin ( 1 small can)
3 eggs


1 c. cream cheese
2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla (or almond)

Combine eggs & sugar
Beat until think & light yellow

Add pumpkin

Combine flour, baking powder, spices & salt in seperate bowl

Combine all

Spread butter into greased & wax lined 10x15 pan

Bake at 375
13 minutes

Place on tea towel sprinkles with powdered sugar

Cool 10 minutes

Roll in towel and set aside

Unroll cake evenly

Spread FILLING over cake

Roll up cake & cover
Chill 1 hour
