1/4C Butter
1/2C drained crushed pineapple
1/4C brown sugar
1C Bisquick
1/3C cold water
6 (6-oz) custard cups
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave 45 seconds
Into each cup place:
2 tsp butter
1 Tbsp pineapple
2 tsp sugar

Mix Bisquick and water into batter

Pour 2 Tbsp on top of pineapple mix in each cup

Microwave on medium-high 3-1/2 to 4 minutes

Invert on plate. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove cup
