1. 2 lbs. round steak or cubed steak
2. 1/2 cup flour ( add 1tsp. salt / 1 tsp. black pepper )
3. 1 -28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
4. 1/2 tsp . salt
5. 1/2 tsp . black pepper
6. 1 tsp. thyme
7. 3-4 cloves garlic , minced
8. 2 tsp . Worcestershire sauce
9. 1 cup diced onions
10. 1 cup diced celery
11. 1 cup carrots diced
12. 1 cup diced bell peppers
13. 2 tsp. cornstarch / water mixed together

1. Cut steaks into serving size pieces .
2. Mix 1/2 cup flour , 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper
3. poke the steak with a fork to tenderize
4. Dredge steaks into flour mixture
5. Mix together tomtoes , salt , black pepper , thyme , minced garlic and worcestershire sauce .
6. in the crock pot add onion , bell peppers , celery , and carrots . Mix evenly on bottom .
7. Place seasoned steaks on top of vegetables .
8. Pour seasoned tomatoes over steaks .

Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours .
After about 3 1/2 hours on high ( add water and flour mixture then cook about 1/2 hour on high .)
On low cook for 7 hours (add water and flour mixture and turn on high for 1/2 hour )
