Ingredients:  
1 Pound Pecans
2 Egg Whites
1 cup Granulated Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs to soft peaks, add sugar mixed with salt. Beat until stiff peaks, add pecans.
Melt butter on cookie sheet.
Spread mixture on sheet pan.
Bake at 325º for 30 to 40 minutes.
Toss lightly while baking.
