6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2-3 slices of cubed bread
1 lb cooked and crumbled hot sausage
1 cup+ grated sharp cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add milk, bread, sausage and cheese. Cook in a 13x9x2 buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour.

Make the night before and refrigerate. Then bake at 350 for a little longer than 45 minutes.
