3 lbs. Okra and or pickles (more if you have a big Crock)
16 or 24 fresh hot peppers ( if you like it hot)
Large Bunch of Fresh Dill
8 teaspoons Pickling Spice
8 cloves of Garlic
3 cups white vinegar
3 cups water
6 Tablespoons Pickling Salt
1 teaspoon Alum

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Okra/Pickles, Fill Crock with layers of Okra/Pickles, fresh dill, whole cloves of garlic.
Bring Vinegar, water, salt, alum and pickling spice to a boil. Pour over layers in Crock. Cover and in no time (less than a week) they will be ready for tasting. Yummy! You can also put in sterilized jars and seal.
