20 Button Mushrooms
6 Green Onions
1/2 lb. Ground Italian Sausage
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Parsley
4 oz. Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Optional: 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes and 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown sausage in a pan. Cut up mushroom stems and green onions. When sausage is browned, remove it from pan and set aside. Add oil to pan, when hot, add mushroom stems, onions, oregano, and parsley. Sauté until tender. Add all ingredients together mixing well. Scoop into mushroom caps.

Bake 15-20 minutes until tops are brown.
