Four Cups Chicken, diced
1 cup Rice, uncooked
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 cups Water
I jar Sliced Mushrooms, optional
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Spray a rectangular casserole dish with cooking spray. Place mushrooms and juice on the bottom of the dish. Layer cooked chicken on top of mushrooms. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Pour rice over chicken. In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup and water, and pour over other ingredients. Cover with foil and bake forty-five minutes. Top lightly with cheddar cheese and fried onion rings, or garnish with parsley. This dish can also be prepared using four raw chicken breasts, however the cooking time should be increased to 1 hour and fifteen minutes.
