1 pkg. cranberries (finely ground)
1 1/2 cups sugar

2 cups whipping cream - whipped
2 cups small marshmallows

1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground cranberries and sugar. Refrigerate (covered) for 2 hours

Combine whipped cream and marshmallows. Refrigerate (covered) for 2 hours

At the end of the 2 hours combine cranberry mixture and cream/marshmallow mixture
Stir well.

Add the drained pineapple and mix well

Refrigerate in air tight bowl over night

Stir before serving.

This is another "MUST have" salad for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I've been making this salad since the late 1960s!

Some people like it for dessert - - - - :)

It is an easy salad to make and take for pot lucks
