2 loaves of bread (broke up and dried)
1 cup chopped onion ( I prefer more)
1/4 cup chopped celery (optional) I rarely use.
4 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup (small can) red peppers (diced) Optional
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons Powdered Chicken Boullion
Chicken or Turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the above ingredients except broth. Mix well with large spoon or hands.
Once everything is combined Add broth to the bread mixture. The amount of broth with depend on how moist you like your dressing. It will cook up some. Pour in to a large baking dish and put in preheated oven.

Bake approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve with turkey or chicken dinner .
