3 cups apples - sliced
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


Crumble Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease an 8 inch square baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour and butter. Mix until crumbly. Spread half of the crumble mixture in pan. Spread the apples evenly over the crumb mixture and then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Top with he remaining crumble mixture.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
