1 1/2 cups of milk
3/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 egg
1 Tablespoon salt
2 Tablespoons yeast
2 cups of warm water
about 9-10 cups of all purpose flour
at least 1 cup of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm water and yeast, let isit. In the meantime, Scald 1 1/2 cups of milk, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup of butter, in a microwave safe bowl, for about 2 minutes. Stir with a fork or wooden spoon, Then Add 2 cups of flour, egg and salt. Stir. Then add yeast/ water mixture. Adding 1 cup at a time, incorporate the rest of the flour. Return dough ball to a large clean bowl, cover and let rise for 30 mins to an hour. Once risen, punch dough and divide into 4 balls, with a rolling pin, roll each ball into a circle, then top dough with softened butter. using a pizza cutter, cut as you would a pizza, into 8 triangles. Roll each triangle and place onto a buttered baking sheet. (It should look like a crescent roll) you should be able to get 16 rolls onto each pan for a total of 48 rolls. Let rise for 10-15 mins. Bake at 350º for 10-15 mins or until golden. Top with butter and Enjoy!
