Chicken
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. wholeberry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire
1 T. prepared mustard
1 T. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until lightly rowned on all sides. Drain and put in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook onion and celery over medium heat until tender. Stir in cranberry sauce and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, spoon onto chicken. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
