3 T. orange juice concentrate
3 T. vegetable oil - divided
1 T. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
4 boneless skinless chicken breast, halved
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 T. butter
4 green onions, sliced, divided
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. honey
1/2 t. salt
2 T. orange peel
2 T. lemon peel
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Combine o.j. concentrate, 2 T. oil, soy sauce and garlic - marinate chicken for 2 - 3 hours. Cook chicken in remaining oil until juices run clear. Saute walnuts in butter and set aside with 1/4 c. onions for garnish. Add remaining onion and sauté until tender. Add marinade and next 8 ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5-10 minutes or to desired consistency. Serve chicken over rice and top with sauce and reserved walnuts and onion.
