8 chicken thighs
8 chicken legs
1 t. salt
1 t. basil
1 t. accent
1/4 t. ground pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. corn oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
poached oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt, basil, accent, pepper. Mix together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, corn oil and garlic. Place chicken in shallow baking dish and baste with sauce. Bake at 350º uncovered for about 1 hour - checking frequently. Remaining sauce should be mixed with sauce from poached oranges and served with watercress.

Combine:
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. sliced orange rind

Directions:
Cook until slightly thick over medium heat. Add 6 naval oranges, peeled and cut. Reduce heat and cook on low for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 T. orange liqueur. Chill.
