4 - 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. orange marmalade
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. dry sherry
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. corn starch
2 T. butter, cut up
1 t. salt
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325º for 1.5 hours. Turn chicken halfway through.
