3 cups flour + 1 cup of flour for lattice top
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 teaspoon baking powder
½ pound of butter
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cans of fruit filling (flavor of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir dry ingredients together.

2. Work like a pie crust by mixing dry ingredients and flour together.

3. Make a dent in the dough and add the 3 eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix together.

4. For lattice top, put 1 cup of the dough aside. Add 1 cup of flour to this dough.

5. Press the remainder of the dough in the bottom of a greased cookie sheet.

6. Cover with fruit filling.

7. For lattice top, roll out the dough that you have put aside. Make sure you remember to add the 1 cup of flour to it.

8. Roll out and cut in strips.

9. Place on top of fruit diagonally in a woven manner.

10. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes.
