Cupcakes:
3/4 c. coconut flour
6 eggs
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Chocolate Avocado Frosting:
1 avocado, mashed
1/3 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. coconut oil, heaping
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

Cupcakes:
Whisk together all ingredients until creamy batter is formed and no clumps remain. Spoon batter into muffin cups about 3/4 of the way. Bake for 22 minutes or until centres are firm. Let cupcakes cool before transferring to wire rack.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread on cupcakes.
