2 C. Peanut Butter
2 C. White sugar
2 Eggs
2 t. Baking soda
1 t. Vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, stir peanut butter and sugar together until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the baking soda and vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and then dip into a small bowl of sugar. Then place on a parchment lined baking sheet. With a fork, press the tops of Cookies gently to make a criss cross. Bake for 8-10 minutes . Allow to cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
