1 lb hamburger
5-10 saltine crackers (crumbled)
1 egg
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, saltines, and egg by hand. Add Worcestershire sauce and spices. Mix thoroughly.

Roll into 1 inch balls

Cook in skillet until brown and cooked all the way through.

You can use the meatballs in spaghetti sauce or for appetizer with jelly and cocktail sauce - separate receipes
