1 ½ lbs. new potatoes, cubed
3/4 lb. fresh green beans, snapped
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 t. fresh parsley
1 t. fresh dill
1 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add green beans and bring to a boil. Continue boiling until potatoes are tender. Drain and allow to cool. In a large serving bowl, add sweet red pepper and onion to cooked potatoes and beans. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Toss to coat, chill thoroughly before serving.
